1. Subscription Payments

Bookingify operates on a subscription-based billing model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected plan.

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, users may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Accidental subscription renewals reported within 7 days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Change of mind after service usage
  • Violations of our Terms or Store Policies

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
