By subscribing, customers authorize Bookingify to charge the selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Where offered, free trials or promotional pricing may be subject to specific terms.

Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the selected payment method may be charged automatically according to the applicable subscription plan.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Bookingify support.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future recurring charges

  • Does not automatically refund previously processed payments

  • Allows access to services until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated

No cancellation fees apply.

Refund Eligibility

Bookingify reviews refund requests fairly and individually.

Refunds may be granted in cases including:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Billing errors

  • Unauthorized charges

  • Technical failures that prevent service delivery

  • Failure to provide purchased services

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Subscription Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

  • Accidental duplicate subscriptions

  • Service non-delivery

Partial Refunds
